Dear Usha Ji,
Normally bank dont provide home loan on a lal dora property, but sometime they provide loan’s either in lal dora extention or on those properties which are either surrounded by city area or in Lal dora Extention.
Loan is available on Lal Dora properties if it is registered property.
If it is not a Power of attorney then it is not possible.
There had been quite a lot cases of Lal Dora where nationalised banks have provided home loans

i have read the letters of many people on this site, and most of all want houses in extended lal dora. but no one knows that all land available in lal dora is very small patches and is already small-small houses constructed on it. it is not possible to build apartments in lal dora areas without demolition and we all know how difficult it is to demolish in delhi. so, my advice for everyone is to keep becoming the prey of builders and buy whatever wherever they are building bcos there is no chance for the poor in this country. this site is only information and you cannot get your dream houses in delhi below 30 lakhs and stop trying.

There are large, un-constructed, unencumbered, and free of habitation extended Lal Dora land parcels available in Delhi. These plots are reasonably priced today, and people who are not the original habitants of the said village too are buying the same to construct residential dwelling units for themselves.
