Sir, I would like to buy a piece of land (110 yards) from Khanjawla. I have been contacted a building of (Metro Realtech Limited), Rohini sector-5, New Delhi for selling residential plot. The builder said it is government appropved and freehold. Please tell me does it come under Lal dora of Khanjawla? What would be the prospect? Should I buy the same?

Every village has got lal dora land which is called abadi area.
Interested in purchasing a plot at Khanjhawala but i will not be able to shell out much from my pocket. Also, i need to know whether the plots are authorized and there will be no problem from land encrachers as there is no officail record for the owner of the land.
